Where We Ship

Currently, we deliver only in Delhi and Gurugram. If your area isn’t covered, we’ll notify you after order placement and issue a full refund.

Delivery Timelines

Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 business days of order placement.
Delivery typically takes 2–3 business days, depending on location.

We also offer express deliveries (within 6 hours) across Delhi NCR, subject to availability and delivery partner rates. If you’d like an express delivery, please reach out to us at support@organicbandhu.in before placing your order.

Shipping Charges

Currently, delivery charges are as per Uber or Porter.
Any applicable charges will be clearly shown at checkout.

Track Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive an email/SMS with your tracking ID and courier details.
You can track your order in real time or contact us at support@organicbandhu.in if you face any issues.

Packaging

We use eco-friendly, food-grade materials to keep your products safe.
Temperature-sensitive items are packed with extra care, depending on the season.

Delays & Exceptions

Occasional delays may occur due to strikes, natural events, remote locations, public holidays, or high-order volumes. We’ll keep you informed in such cases.

Damaged or Leaked Items

If your product arrives damaged, tampered, or leaked, please email support@organicbandhu.in within 24 hours of delivery with:

Your Order ID
2 clear photos (packaging + damaged product)
An unboxing video

Our team will review your case and provide a replacement or refund as appropriate.
