Refund policy

1. Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it or before it’s shipped, whichever comes first.
To cancel, please email us at support@organicbandhu.in with your order number and reason for cancellation.
Once your order has been processed or shipped, we won’t be able to cancel it.


2. Return & Refund Policy

We take great care in ensuring your order reaches you in perfect condition.
Please note that we do not accept returns once the product has been delivered.

However, we’re happy to offer a refund or replacement if:

  • You received the wrong product.

  • The product was damaged or leaked during transit.

  • The product is expired on arrival.

  • Items are missing from your package.

We cannot provide refunds or replacements for:

  • Taste preferences or minor texture differences (these are handcrafted, natural products).

  • Products not stored properly after delivery.

  • Delivery delays caused by logistics partners (though we’ll help you raise concerns).

  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.


3. How to Request a Refund or Replacement

If your order arrives in a damaged or unsatisfactory condition, please email us at support@organicbandhu.in within 12 hours of delivery.
Include the following details in your email:

  • Your Order ID

  • Clear photographs of the product and packaging

  • A brief description of the issue

Requests received after 12 hours of delivery will not be eligible for a refund or replacement.

Our team will review and verify the information provided, and upon successful verification, we’ll process your refund or replacement request.


4. Refund Method & Timeline

Once your request is approved and verified, a refund will be initiated to your original payment method within 7–10 working days.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via UPI or bank transfer after verification.
